Welcome to Greenbrier Estates HOA

Our neighborhood is one of diversity, approximately 50 years old.

There are over 300 homes at the edge of Raleigh, NC, in the town limits of Garner, NC, bordered by Highway 70 and Highway 401. 

We have a beautiful lake as well as Greenbrier Town Park across the street located at 613 Winterlochen Drive. Our park offers a tennis court, play equipment and a picnic shelter and is home to our annual Spring Fling and Fall Festival. 

Homes vary from modest two-bedroom bungalows to four-bedroom split-levels, and two-story brick colonials.

We have more than 5 families who have two or even three generations living in Greenbrier. We have countless community groups and clubs who meet throughout the neighborhood and create a tight knit community among our many residents.
