Approval
We have had many questions
about installing decks, fences, and sheds. The following are the procedures to be followed for obtaining permission from the HOA.
- Ensure you are in compliance
with the current building codes and get a permit from the county

- Download the Greenbrier
Architecural Control Guidelines.
- Print out approval
sheet to include in your application for the ACC
chairman to fill out and return to you.
- After approval from
the Architectural Control Committee call miss utility,
at 1 (800) 257-7777, to mark the utility lines if digging needs
to be done.
