I'm Selling! Do
I Still Have To Pay?
If you
are selling your home you need to do the following:
- Pay your assessment in full.
- Notify your Buyers and any Real Estate Agents that there is
in an HOA.
- Provide the name and address of the HOA (Greenbrier HOA, PO
Box 658, Lexington Park, MD 20653), as well as the Treasurer's
Name and contact information (treasurer@greenbrierhoa.com).
At settlement
the title or settlement company will prorate the assessment, collect
funds from the buyers and reimburse you for any differences.
